Terms of service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Magically AI Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation operating ONE and osone.ai ("ONE", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the ONE product: the osone.ai website and dashboard, the ONE Slack application, and everything ONE does on your behalf (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing ONE in a Slack workspace, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. What the Service is
ONE is an AI teammate that works inside your Slack workspace. It responds to requests, watches channels it has been invited to, produces work such as research, drafts, reports and code, connects to third-party tools you authorize, and can run recurring duties on a schedule. Parts of the Service act autonomously within the permissions and approval rules you configure.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You sign up with your Slack account. You must have the authority to install apps in the workspace where you add ONE.
- You are responsible for what people in your workspace ask ONE to do, and for keeping access to your Slack workspace and connected tools secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Credits, plans and billing
- ONE's work consumes credits. Free credits can be earned during setup; paid plans include a monthly credit allowance; additional credits can be purchased.
- Monthly allowance credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Earned and purchased ("wallet") credits do not expire while your account is active.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
- If you enable auto top-up, we charge your saved payment method automatically when your balance falls below the configured threshold.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Prices and credit rates may change; changes apply from your next billing cycle after notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or misrepresent who is speaking;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or disrupt the Service;
- process data you have no right to process, or upload malicious code;
- resell the Service or use it to build a directly competing dataset or product.
5. Your content and permissions
You (or your workspace) own the content you provide and the work products ONE creates for you. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service: to receive, store and process messages in conversations ONE participates in, data from tools you connect, and instructions you give — solely to provide, secure and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the content and accounts you point ONE at.
6. AI output
ONE produces AI-generated content. It can be wrong, incomplete or outdated, and the same request can produce different results. Review output before relying on it. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made and actions approved based on ONE's work.
7. Autonomous actions and approvals
ONE can take actions in connected tools — posting messages, creating tickets, editing documents, and similar. Consequential actions are routed through the approval rules you configure, and standing approvals you grant remain your responsibility until revoked. You are responsible for the actions ONE takes within the permissions and approvals you have given it.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties: Slack, payment processing by Stripe, AI model providers that process content to generate results, and the integration platform used to connect your tools. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them is your choice.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
10. Confidentiality and data
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and encryption of stored access tokens.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your plan and uninstalling ONE from your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse of the Service, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, unused wallet credits are forfeited unless the law requires otherwise.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that output will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give notice — by email, in the dashboard, or in Slack — before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
