Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Magically AI Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation operating ONE and osone.ai ("ONE", "we", "us"), collects and uses information when you use the osone.ai website and dashboard, the ONE Slack application, and the work ONE performs on your behalf (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account and workspace information. When you sign up with Slack we receive your name, email address, avatar, and identifiers for you and your Slack workspace.
• Conversation content. ONE processes messages in the direct messages and channels it participates in — the requests people make, the threads it replies to, and content in channels it has been invited to watch. ONE only receives content from conversations it is part of.
• Connected tool data. When you connect third-party tools, ONE accesses those tools through the permissions you grant, and processes the data needed to carry out the tasks you give it. OAuth happens directly with the provider; your third-party passwords never pass through the Service.
• Memory. Facts you deliberately teach ONE, and durable context it stores to do its job (for example, your deploy day or your main repository).
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction status and card metadata (brand, last four digits) but never your full card number.
• Usage and log data. Standard technical logs: actions taken, credit usage, timestamps, IP addresses, browser and device information.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service: run tasks, produce work, post replies, and execute the standing duties you set up.
• To generate results, relevant content is sent to AI model providers acting as our processors. We use providers whose API terms do not permit training their models on this data.
• To operate billing, prevent abuse, secure the Service, and provide support.
• To understand aggregate product usage and improve the Service.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only with:

• Subprocessors that help us run the Service: cloud hosting, AI model providers, Slack (to deliver messages), Stripe (payments), and the integration platform that brokers your tool connections;
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety;
• A successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale — with notice to you.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Uninstalling ONE from your workspace stops collection from that workspace. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@osone.ai; we delete or de-identify the data unless we are legally required to keep it (for example, billing records).

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit, encrypted storage of access tokens and credentials, least-privilege access to production systems, and audit logging of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to info@osone.ai.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email us and we will honor applicable requests. If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service, and consent where required.

7. International transfers

We are a US company and process data in the United States. Where the law requires, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
