What do credits pay for?
Everything ONE does: the model calls and tool runs behind each task. As a rule of thumb, 1,000 credits is about a dollar of work. Premium models consume credits faster than budget ones.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Credits you earn during setup or buy as top-ups go to your wallet and never expire while your account is active.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. One price covers your whole workspace. Everyone in your Slack can ask ONE for work without changing what you pay.
What happens when credits run out?
ONE finishes whatever it is working on, then pauses new work and tells you in Slack. Nothing is ever killed mid-task. You can top up, upgrade, or turn on auto top-up so it never stops.
Can I buy extra credits without a plan change?
